Areas we serve

Training and field services where your crews work.

Puget Sound aggregate comes out of glacial pits and hard rock quarries that run year round, rain or not. We keep their crews current on Part 46 hours and keep the certificates and 5000-23 forms where an inspector expects to find them.

Western Washington mining is glacial sand and gravel pits, crushed basalt and andesite quarries, and the cement, concrete, and asphalt plants those materials feed. Nearly all of it is surface mining under Part 46: 24 hours for a new miner, 8 hours for an experienced miner, and 8 hours of annual refresher for everyone. Washington adds its own mining and safety rules on top, so operators keep both sets of records.

We come to you

Every service on this page travels. We teach classes in your shop, trailer, or pit parking lot in Seattle, write plans from your own records, and perform evaluations on your equipment. Travel is quoted up front, with no per-mile surprise on the invoice.

Live instructor-led, never computer-based

When you train online, an MSHA instructor teaches the class live on camera in real time. There are no self-paced modules, recorded videos, or slideshow quizzes, and miners can ask questions and get answers the same day.

Operations we train in Seattle

How classes run

We train crews across King, Snohomish, Pierce, Kitsap, Skagit, and Thurston counties. Live online classes are scheduled on Pacific time, and on-site dates are quoted including instructor travel from out of state.

Live online classes are taught in real time by an MSHA instructor, never as a self-paced computer-based course, and require a computer, webcam, and valid photo ID. Every miner leaves with a certificate and a 5000-23 form filed to your training records.
