Class minimums

A New Miner class runs once 3 miners are reserved; the instructor can override that minimum for a single booking. A refresher class runs once 5 miners are reserved, and every trainee is emailed that the class is a go. A refresher still short of five on the Wednesday before moves to the next week. When that week falls in a new month and moving would put a miner past their refresher due date, the class is held on the last Friday of the current month instead.
